He earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business while pursuing a joint degree at Harvard Kennedy School. He is also a graduate of Brigham Young University.

Helping students build finance careers

Max brings experience from banking, investing, and recruiting to his work with students. His coaching focuses on understanding how firms evaluate candidates, developing the skills interviews test, and building professional relationships.

He works with students on choosing a career path, explaining their experience, preparing for technical and behavioral interviews, and making informed decisions about offers. He also leads workshops for university students and speaks about finance recruiting and the changing skills employers expect.
